It was for Xbox 360 and I used it for at home fitness along with the gym and god damn was it amazing at helping me achieve my fitness goals and required testing for one of my jobs. If they can get something like it for Kinect 2.0 and it works on Series S or X they would hit a niche audience I guess but it would be effective in these times.

No, unfortunately Kinect is not supported in this gen (X|S) but you can use your smartphone to motion tracking with an app. The Kinect will not work on the Series consoles.
