It works. I have all the DLC I paid for, despite having only 3 when I initially downloaded it from the Xbox Store on my console. For whatever reason, the DLC will not download/show up anymore on the Xbox Store, but does show up as a Microsoft store listing, from which you have to remote install it

Ok if you are trying to use the account balance to buy this dlc you would actually have to do that on an actually xbox 360. That would be the only way to use your account balance to purchase the dlc. You will have to use a credit card 100% of the time with anything BC related via the Xbox one.

The alternative if you want an Xbox 360 experience is to either buy or RGH your own console. It essentially gives you full control of the OS, so you can disable the license checks for things like DLC & in turn download someone else's DLC to use from the internet.
Wanted to add also none of the DLC shows up as purchased on the market via computer either, so I can't use the send to xbox 360 option. The season pass registers, but not the DLC. I have the Psycho Addon, Mechromancer Addon, and the Season Pass Combo DLC, and few misc. DLC. like the assasin Costume Pack. noe show up at all.
if your friend use your console with his profile he will share dlc with you because yours drm are on that console, and if you play with his console with your profile you will have the dlc by roaming (The term “roaming” refers to using content that you purchased on one Xbox 360 console on another Xbox 360 console) but he can't use them with OjCGwhM.
