That looks to be the same system as mine, (Audi MMI 2 from a B8 Audi A4/A5) that connector is a USB interface and NOT Bluetooth, the Bluetooth is only for hands free telephone if factory fitted and NOT audio playback, I have one of those leads which connects with the old style Apple 30 Pin connector for an Apple iPod.
