My advice is to carry a shit load of cure disease potions. If you drink one after you've been infected, you're clear. You have three days from the time of infection before you become a vampire. You can also pray at any shrine in that three day window to cure any disease, like vampirism.

Commands can be problematic in this case, because they fiddle with your character race. There is a small quest that allows you to remove vampirism from your character. Fill the Black Soul Gem by casting Soul Trap on a humanoid target. Meet Falion at the stone circle to cure the infection.
