Thoughts after DSG Transmission Fluid Change. Maintenance. Hey everyone, so I just did a DSG Fluid/Filter change on my 2018 GTI at exactly 30k miles. I also did the VAQ Haldex front differential fluid change at my local dealership, $339 for DSG and $175 for Differential, plus tax. 3 ways you can go about it, Follow the VW Service Intervals which is every 10000 Miles, Longlife Scheme which I think personally is far too long or do it more often. My cars are the latter! I do about 6000 Miles per Year. Firstly Engine Oil & Oil Filter = Every Year or 6000 Miles whichever comes first.

The Canadian link you showed only lists 6 spd DSG, in the link I showed , they have 40k for 6spd and 80k miles ! for the 7-spd DSG.
