I'd go for the 24 TSE. It's the best WA Canon has right now. the 24/1.4 L II is a nice lens - if you stop down to f/2.8 due to severe vignetting but even so the corners are still softer than the TSE. If you insist on 24 L II, check the AF as many samples have mis-AF issues.
