I have two, a 2018 Giulia QV with 9K miles and a 2019 Stelvio with 13K miles. The Giulia needed to have the left front sway bar link replaced at 8K miles. The Stelvio has required nothing.

Per the Service Manager, very few parts are, or need, replaced on the Alfa’s, but the software is only now maturing. Asignificant portion of the automotive market considers trashing Alfa reliability to be a game. (2018) has a relatively high level of reliability issues, which improved over the years, which is typical across most manufacturers for new models.
